Pharmachem Laboratories, Inc., Kearny, NJ, has formed a joint venture with Proprietary Nutritionals, Inc. (PNI), Brantford, Ontario, Canada. This venture will combine Pharmachem’s ability to develop and manufacture value-added products and services with PNI’s ability to market branded ingredients. The venture, however, will continue to operate as Proprietary Nutritionals, Inc.
